His workers were here on time treated our home in a respectable manner cleaned up completely after they finished the job and even took pictures so we could see the work in the attic and also replanted my plant that had to be removed by the outside unit.   We went with Climatrol due to Douglas providing us with solutions for things we needed resolved, without us asking. He looked for ways to make the solution and install better for our needs. This did not occur with the other two quotes we obtained. Climatrol was not the cheapest quote but was the most comprehensive (it was also not much higher). They were also the only company that was certified for the system we went with.
