We are currently seeking HVAC INSTALLER HELPERS, FULL-TIME, RESIDENTIAL & LIGHT COMMERCIAL to add to our expanding business.

POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for helping in the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment in both a replacement and a new construction environment.

Duties include Assisting experienced HVAC installers. Helping them on the job to ensure work is performed correctly. You should be able to communicate with the customer to answer questions, resolve problems, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.

We are seeking candidates with HVAC experience But we will train the right person. You should be knowledgeable, organized, and efficient on time, self-starter and looking to grow within a stable company and work environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

– Assist with installs heating, air conditioning, ventilation and humidification / dehumidification equipment, as well as other products in accordance with company requirements and manufacturer’s specification.

– Works well under minimum supervision to help install HVAC equipment in the customer’s home.

– Completes all paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough, and timely manner.

– Responsible for assisting in the delivery of excellent customer service and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

– Follows standard procedures and processes to ensure that the company vehicle is properly stocked, returns defective and unused parts to the division and orders and replenishes vehicle stock as needed.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES


– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Must be able to understand and read and write
– Knowledge of structural and design of HVAC systems is a plus.
– Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
– Be able to follow OSHA requirements and safety precautions per company procedures and policies.
– Knowledge of HVAC parts and their functions is a plus.
– Able to work in hot and cold environments.
– Physically capable of performing duties that include standing for long periods of time, walking and climbing ladders and stairs.
– Excellent attention to detail.
– Basic Math skills.
– Must be able to meet short deadlines with the ability to work beyond normal office hours, if required.
– High School Diploma or GED required.
– Must be able to pass Background Check, Drug Test, MVR Driving Record Check.
