The heat exchanger in our old propane heating system (16 years old) went out so we called Climatrol. They came right out, assessed the problem, and gave us several options. When we called another company for an estimate on the same system we chose to purchase, we were told it would be at least 6 weeks for a new install. Climatrol, however, was able to install our new system within 3 days! Considering the very cold temperatures we were having; we were very grateful that we didn't have to wait long for our new system.
Climatrol's personnel were extremely professional, courteous, and very responsive, and took great care during the entire process.
