About Us
We’re a family-owned HVAC company based in Ellijay, Georgia, dedicated to providing top-notch air conditioning repair, heating repair, and new installations. As a Carrier Factory authorized dealer, we offer the best products and services, and we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to help us deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism. If you have excellent customer service skills, strong computer knowledge, and typing skills, we’d love to hear from you!
What We Offer
- Full-time position (40 hours/week)
