We wrestled with a couple issues with my wifi controller and Climatrol stood by me troubleshooting and working through the support process with the equipment provider. Every interaction gives you the feeling they care about making customers happy. This will go a long way for them. Other HVAC companies could learn a lot here . It’s not complicated. Treat customers well, do what you say you will do and don’t take advantage of people. Climatrol gets it. Highly recommend them.

  November 25, 2024- Travis & his crew came on time, had our new Carrier heat pump & air handler installed & working perfectly. An updated, quiet system for our lift. He Explained the warranty, showed us everything they did, and cleaned up all the old system & removed it. If I could give all these guys (& gals) 10 stars, we would.
