  Climatrol Air was mid-priced of our estimates, products were similar, but the Carrier products offered and after-sale service promise, is what sold us!
  Travis, Dalton, and Phillip were so efficient, professional, and mannerly! They had our units swapped out, work areas spotless, and teaching me about this thermostat in record time. Travis went above and beyond in kindness and patience, he knows this business, the products/service they offer, and he has a love for this company. Dalton and Phillip were like busy bees, showing their knowledge of product and work to be done, and smiling while they worked.

Phillip did a great job on assisting and cleanup. The team worked to insure that we knew how to operate the system and how to coordinate with our current system when cooling and heating.
