Phillip did a great job on assisting and cleanup. The team worked to insure that we knew how to operate the system and how to coordinate with our current system when cooling and heating. The office staff was so helpful as well. Climatrol deserves more than a Five Star review. They also coordinated the electrical portion with a local electrician.

  Coldest morning of the season and of course my lower HVAC unit decides it doesn’t want to put out all the heat I need. I called Climatrol Air and was greeted by a very nice lady who much to my surprise made me an appointment for that afternoon. … More Doug arrived right on time and proceeded to diagnose my problem. My unit was 20 years old and the fix would be about $1000. I asked him for an estimate to replace the entire unit. It was within my budget so the install team showed up the next morning on now the new coldest day of the season and installed my new unit. They were meticulous and did a great job. Had some problem with the new Ecobee they installed but were out the next day to do some new adjustments and now everything is great. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and a great product at a reasonable cost. Now if I can just get 20 years out of this unit.
