Job Description
As an HVAC Lead Installer, you’ll be responsible for:
- Installing HVAC equipment in customers’ homes and businesses, including furnaces, air handlers, indoor coils, outdoor units, RTU’s, and IAQ
- Working independently with minimal supervision to remove old equipment and test systems to ensure proper function
- Cleaning up work areas and addressing customer questions and concerns
- Collaborating with other installation team members to get the job done
- Leading and mentoring junior installation team members
Requirements
- EPA Certification (required)
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems
- Ability to work well under minimal supervision
- Excellent customer service skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Leadership and mentoring experience
