We had our Air Conditioning (heat pump unit) go out on a hot summer day. Climatrol Air came out and quickly troubleshooted the issue. We appreciate how the service tech also improved on other things that he saw, gave us advice, and provided options. Very professional. The best we have ever had. HVAC system replaced and mini splitter put in. Very professional and attentive. Sent plenty of helpers to finish job in one day. Travis very knowledgeable in directing others also. I should have shared this a long time ago. Climatrol Air was great to work with. I had called several other vendors before getting to Doug. I have an 80+ in the house and Doug was the only one who would respond in less than a week to our broken air system. In fact, he apologized that he couldn’t make it until the next day ( and I called him about 3:30 in the afternoon). He was great! By the end of the week, he had ordered a new unit for us and had it installed. It’s been six months now and we have had no problems. I won’t hesitate to call him in the future.
