I should have shared this a long time ago. Climatrol Air was great to work with. I had called several other vendors before getting to Doug. I have an 80+ in the house and Doug was the only one who would respond in less than a week to our broken air system. Is Climatrol Air Certified?
In Georgia, there really isn’t a “certification” process other than obtaining a state license. (Our license number is Ga. #CN210683) There is however a third party certification process that HVAC companies can elect to use to illustrate their company’s knowledge and commitment to ongoing education in the HVAC industry called “NATE,” or the NORTH AMERICAN TECHNICIAN EXCELLENCE. Climatrol Air is a NATE certified company.
What is “Google Guaranteed?”

We wrestled with a couple issues with my wifi controller and Climatrol stood by me troubleshooting and working through the support process with the equipment provider.
