I should have shared this a long time ago. Climatrol Air was great to work with. I had called several other vendors before getting to Doug. I have an 80+ in the house and Doug was the only one who would respond in less than a week to our broken air system. In fact, he apologized that he couldn’t make it until the next day ( and I called him about 3:30 in the afternoon). He was great! By the end of the week, he had ordered a new unit for us and had it installed. It’s been six months now and we have had no problems. I won’t hesitate to call him in the future.

Climatrol installed a new heat pump system for us in June 2025.
We had a new roof put on the house on Monday. One of the roofers shot a… More nail through one of the old HVAC lines that Climatrol used when installing our new system. The roofer said it was because of an improperly installed line 20 years ago. I called Climatrol and they sent someone out right away as the roofing job was stalled. It cost us $2,500 to get back up and running again.
I was upset after incurring this unexpected cost and texted Zach Henley who sold us the Carrier system. He got back to me right away and said he and the OWNER of the company would come out Friday (today).
Zach and Climatrol owner, Doug Mazursky, came out and we spent about an hour together. Doug took the time to explain why it wasn’t actually Climatrol’s fault that the roofer hit the line. His reasoning made sense but he said he was going to refund us the $2,500 because he values our relationship more than the money.
Additionally, while at the house, Doug noticed that the installers didn’t install something the way he expects it to be installed. So technicians are coming out on Monday to make it right.
It’s rare these days to deal with a company that puts people over profit. Climatrol and Doug Mazursky do this though! It was so refreshing. I didn’t have to fight; Doug just did the right thing.

Excellent experience starting with my initial call (on a Saturday). Receptionist was super friendly and helpful. Service fee was far more than fair (MUCH LESS THAN ANY OTHER COMPANY) and no extra fees for after hours quoted. The following … More morning, Zach showed up and trouble shot my system and provided options for repair and replacement. No pressure at all, just factual data and answered all my questions. Decision was made to replace the entire system and my install was scheduled within a 48 hour time frame. I didn't even have to pay the service call fee! I love that I received texts and calls prior to everyone's arrival each visit so I could make arrangements for my dog and didn't have to fight him getting out the door! Fast forward to the install....Travis, Andrew, and Jack were great! They were polite and very respectful of my home. Their work was very efficient and took much less time than I expected in my mind. They were very helpful with my questions and they were very tidy not only during the install but also left no trace that work had been done ... the only proof is a great new system working wonderfully! Overall an excellent experience with no complaints! An extra Kudos to Travis for helping with another issue I had with a dryer vent. 10 out 10 recommend this company without hesitation!
